Products and product information
Through our online store we offer bird toys and pet accessories. Our product range changes over time: we add new products and pet categories, and products may be discontinued. The products shown in our shop are the products currently offered.
Product descriptions, sizes and materials are written with care. Product images show the products we sell, but colors can look different on different screens, and natural materials vary slightly from piece to piece. Every item we sell is new.
Our bird toys are made for pet birds. They are not children’s toys. Information on our website, including our Bird Toy Safety & Care guide and our blog, is general information and is not veterinary advice.
Prices, taxes and payment
All prices are in US dollars (USD) and do not include sales tax. For orders delivered in Florida, we collect Florida sales tax (6% state sales tax plus the county discretionary sales surtax of the delivery address) on the items and the shipping charge. Full details are in our Payment Policy.
