What goes into a toy matters to a bird that chews it

    Materials named on every toy

    Each product page lists the main materials the toy is made from, so you know what your bird will be chewing.

    Natural woods and fibers

    Untreated beechwood and maple, soft balsa, loofah, bamboo, palm leaf and vine, with dyed wood and paper for color.

    Stainless steel hardware

    Hanging clips, chains and bells are stainless steel.

    Sized for smaller parrots

We pack it

Orders leave our shop in 1–2 business days. Orders after 12:00 PM ET start the next business day.

USPS delivers

Ground Advantage $11.95, Priority Mail $15.95 or Priority Mail Express $49.95, with tracking on every order.

Toy care basics

A little care keeps a toy useful for longer

Natural materials are meant to be chewed and shredded. Check toys each week, clean them the right way for what they are made of, and swap them out once they are worn.

Read the care guide

Check weekly

Look for loose parts, frayed paper or rope, opened links and cracked rings.

Clean by material

Wipe wood with a damp cloth and let it dry. Keep paper, loofah and palm dry. Wash acrylic and steel.

Replace when worn

A toy that is chewed thin or coming apart has done its job. Replace it.

Questions we hear often

How much is shipping, and how long does it take?

We ship with USPS only, at a flat rate per order: Ground Advantage $11.95 (2–5 business days in transit), Priority Mail $15.95 (1–3 business days) or Priority Mail Express $49.95 (1–2 business days). Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. For Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, allow 2 to 4 additional business days.

Where do you ship?

All 50 states, Washington D.C. and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We do not ship outside the United States.

What is your return policy?

You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. We email a prepaid USPS return label and there are no restocking fees. Toys a bird has used can be returned if they are defective, damaged or not what you ordered.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Payments are processed by Stripe, and we never see or store your full card number.
